Walking
If you are starting from Tromsø city center, head towards the Tromsø bridge (Tromsøbrua). Walk west on Storgata until you reach the bridge. Cross the Tromsø bridge on foot, enjoying the views of the surrounding fjords and mountains. Once you cross, you will be on Tromsøya island. Continue straight, and as you walk, keep following the road signs pointing towards the Arctic Cathedral (Ishavskatedralen). The Wave Sculpture (Bølge) is located near the waterfront, just a short distance from the cathedral. As you approach the area, look for a pathway leading to the sculpture, which is situated prominently along the coast.

From Tromsø city center, take bus number 26 or 28 from the nearest bus stop (e.g., Storgata). The bus will take you towards the Arctic Cathedral. Get off at the stop named 'Ishavskatedralen'. From here, walk towards the waterfront, following the directions to the Wave Sculpture (Bølge). It's a short walk from the bus stop, and you will find the sculpture along the coast, providing a beautiful backdrop of the surrounding landscape.
