If you are starting from the Tromsø city center, head north on Storgata towards the intersection with Grønnegata. Turn left onto Grønnegata and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sjøgata. Turn right onto Sjøgata and walk until you see the bridge (Sjøgata Bru) over the water. Cross the bridge and continue on the path that leads to Lars Thørings veg. Once on Lars Thørings veg, walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find The Arctic University Museum of Norway at Lars Thørings veg 10.

From the Tromsø city center, walk to the nearest bus stop (Busstopp Storgata). Take bus line 20 or 21 heading towards 'Tromsøya'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Universitetet'. From there, it's a short walk to The Arctic University Museum of Norway. Head south on Lars Thørings veg for about 5 minutes, and the museum will be on your left at Lars Thørings veg 10.
