From Tromsø city center, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Tromsø sentrum'. Take bus number 26 towards 'Tromsdalen' or 'Kvaløysletta'. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Solstrandvegen'. From there, walk approximately 500 meters along Solstrandvegen, and you will find Tromsø Forsvarsmuseum on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Tromsø. Start from the city center and head towards the bridge 'Tromsøbrua'. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto 'Kongsbakken' road. Follow the signs to 'Tromsdalen'. After about 4 km, turn left onto Solstrandvegen, and you will reach Tromsø Forsvarsmuseum in about 10 minutes.

For those who enjoy walking, you can start at the city center and head towards 'Tromsøbrua'. Cross the bridge, then take a left onto 'Kongsbakken' road. Follow this road for about 4 km, then take a left onto Solstrandvegen. Tromsø Forsvarsmuseum will be on your left after a short walk.
