Car
If you are driving from Trondheim, take E6 southbound towards Stjørdal. Continue on E6 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Hell (7517) and continue on Hellvegen until you reach the designated parking area for Hellstranda friområde. The parking area is located at the coordinates 63.4478029, 10.8912448. From the parking area, follow the signs leading to the park entrance.
Public Transportation (Train)
From Trondheim Central Station, take a train towards Stjørdal. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Hell Station, exit the train and head towards Hellvegen. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Hellstranda friområde from the station. Follow the road signs towards the park, or use a map app for navigation.
Public Transportation (Bus)
You can also take a bus from Trondheim to Hell. Check the local timetable for bus schedules. Once you arrive at Hell, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Hellstranda friområde. Follow Hellvegen road, and look for signs directing you to the park.
