If you're driving to Lågdalsmuseet from Oslo, take the E18 highway towards Drammen. Continue on E134 towards Kongsberg. Once you reach Kongsberg, take the exit towards Rv40 and follow the signs to Kongsberg city center. After entering Kongsberg, take a right onto Tillischbakken, and Lågdalsmuseet will be on your right at Tillischbakken 8-10. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To reach Lågdalsmuseet by public transport, start by taking a train from Oslo Central Station to Kongsberg. The train ride takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kongsberg Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus number 1 towards Kongsberg sentrum. After a short ride, get off at the stop 'Kongsberg sentrum'. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk: head east on Rv40, turn right onto Tillischbakken, and the museum will be at Tillischbakken 8-10. Be sure to check the bus schedule for any fare costs.
