Turn left onto 3rd Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Water Street. Turn right onto Water Street and follow it as it curves and becomes a small path leading up to Carlisle Hill. The hill is located at approximately 39.3322711 latitude and -82.9885551 longitude, so keep an eye out for the signs indicating the historical landmark as you ascend the hill.
