    From downtown Cincinnati, you can take Metro Bus Route 1 or 12. Locate the nearest bus stop along 5th Street or 6th Street. Board the bus heading towards the 'Cincinnati Public Library' or 'Cincinnati City Hall'. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Broadway St & 2nd St' stop. Walk south on Broadway for about 5 minutes; the Heritage Bank Center will be on your left at 100 Broadway.

    If you are near the Cincinnati Streetcar line, board the streetcar at any stop along the route. Ride towards the 'Findlay Market' direction. Get off at the 'Cincinnati Bell Connector - 5th & Race' stop. From there, walk south on Race Street, then turn right onto 2nd Street and continue to Broadway. The Heritage Bank Center is located at 100 Broadway, just a few minutes' walk from the streetcar stop.
