To reach the Ohio River Trail from downtown Cincinnati, you can take the Metro bus. Start at the Government Square Transit Center located at 1000 Main St. Take the '50x' or '1' bus heading towards the riverfront. Get off at the 'P&G' stop. From there, walk south towards W Mehring Way. You will see the entrance to the Ohio River Trail directly ahead.

Cincinnati has a bike-friendly environment. If you are near the Fountain Square in downtown, you can rent a bike from the local bike-sharing program. Head west on 5th Street and turn left on Elm Street. Continue straight until you reach W Mehring Way, then turn right. The Ohio River Trail will be on your left along the river.

If you are in the Central Business District, you can easily walk to the Ohio River Trail. Start at the Great American Ball Park located at 100 Joe Nuxhall Way. Head west towards the river, then turn right on W Mehring Way. Walk along the path by the river, and you will arrive at the Ohio River Trail entrance.
