If you're in Downtown Cincinnati, the Carew Tower Observation Deck is easily accessible on foot. Start at Fountain Square, a central point in downtown. From Fountain Square, head west on 5th Street for about 3 blocks. You'll pass the intersection with Vine Street. Continue walking until you reach 41 W 5th St. The entrance to the Carew Tower is located on the left side of the street. Look for the large building with a distinctive Art Deco design.
