Once you arrive at the '5th & Main' stop, exit the bus and walk north on Main St. for one block until you reach the intersection with Ludlow St. Turn right (east) onto Ludlow St. and walk for two blocks. The International Peace Museum will be located on your left at 10 N Ludlow St.
