Most likely, you'll want to board Route 3 (West Third Street) or Route 12 (Smithville Road). Ride the bus towards the appropriate direction, and transfer if necessary at the major transit hub, the Dayton Transportation Center. From there, you can take Route 2 (East Main Street) towards Siebenthaler Ave. Make sure to disembark at the 'Wegerzyn Gardens' stop, which is close to the park entrance. The park is located at 1301 E Siebenthaler Ave, Dayton, OH 45414.

If you're cycling, start by locating a bike rental service or finding your own bicycle. From downtown Dayton, head north on N Main St, following the bike lanes. Continue straight until you reach E 3rd St, then turn left. Follow E 3rd St until you hit the intersection with N Keowee St and turn right. Continue on N Keowee St, which will lead you to E Siebenthaler Ave. Turn left onto E Siebenthaler Ave, and you will see Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark on your right at 1301 E Siebenthaler Ave. Be sure to follow all traffic rules and stay safe.
