If you are near the Dayton Art Institute, head southeast on Art Institute Blvd toward S Lytle St. Continue onto S Lytle St, then turn left onto W 5th St. Walk straight until you reach S Ludlow St and turn right. The Commercial Building will be on your left at 44 S Ludlow St.

From the nearest bus stop at the Dayton Transportation Center, take Route 12 or Route 16 heading towards the 'Trotwood' or 'Eastown' direction. Disembark at the 5th & Ludlow stop. From there, walk north on Ludlow St for a short distance, and The Commercial Building will be located at 44 S Ludlow St on your right. Note that bus fares are approximately $1.75.
