If you're starting from downtown Dayton, head to the nearest RTA bus stop. You can catch the Route 8 bus, which travels northbound towards the Deweese Parkway area. Board the bus and stay on for about 25-30 minutes. You'll want to get off at the stop closest to 2600 Deweese Parkway. From the bus stop, walk a short distance east on Deweese Parkway, and you will see the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery on your left.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown Dayton. Head north on the Great Miami Riverway, which provides a scenic route. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Deweese Parkway. Turn left onto Deweese Parkway and continue straight. The museum will be on your right-hand side after a short ride of about 25 minutes.

If you are close enough, walking to the museum can be a pleasant option. From downtown Dayton, walk north on Main Street until you reach Deweese Parkway. Turn left onto Deweese Parkway and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, which will be on your left.
