    To reach Hills & Dales MetroPark using public transportation, start at the Dayton Transit Center located at 4th and Main Street in downtown Dayton. From there, take the RTA Bus #8 (Southbound). You will need to ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the bus stop on S Patterson Blvd at the intersection with E Stroop Rd. Once you get off the bus, walk south along S Patterson Blvd for about 0.5 miles. The entrance to Hills & Dales MetroPark will be on your left at 2655 S Patterson Blvd.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer biking, start in downtown Dayton and head south on the Great Miami Riverway trail. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Patterson Blvd. Turn left onto Patterson Blvd and continue cycling for about 3 miles until you arrive at Hills & Dales MetroPark. The park entrance will be on your right at 2655 S Patterson Blvd.

    For those who prefer to walk, start at the Dayton Metro Library located at 215 E 3rd St. Walk south on 3rd St towards S Ludlow St, then turn right onto Ludlow St. Continue walking until you reach E Stroop Rd and turn left. Follow E Stroop Rd until you reach S Patterson Blvd. Turn right onto S Patterson Blvd and walk south for approximately 0.8 miles until you reach Hills & Dales MetroPark at 2655 S Patterson Blvd.
