    If you are driving from anywhere in the Lake Erie Islands, you will first need to take a ferry back to the mainland. The most common ferry is the Jet Express that operates from Put-in-Bay or Kelleys Island to Port Clinton, Ohio. Once you arrive at Port Clinton, follow the signs to merge onto OH-2 E. Continue on OH-2 E for approximately 20 miles until you reach the exit for OH-19 towards Oak Harbor. Take the exit and merge onto OH-19 N. In about 3 miles, turn left onto OH-2 W, and you will find the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center at 14000 OH-2, Oak Harbor, OH 43449.
