Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is located at Spiegel Grove, Fremont, OH 43420. From major highways like I-80 or I-90, take the exit for US-20 E. Drive east toward Fremont. Continue on US-20 E until you reach the intersection with OH-53 S. Turn south on OH-53, and follow the signs to Fremont. Once in Fremont, look for signs directing you to Spiegel Grove. The museum has its own parking lot available for visitors.

  For those using public transportation, take a Greyhound or Megabus service to Fremont. Once you arrive at the Fremont bus station, you will likely need to use a taxi or rideshare service, as local public transport options may be limited. The distance from the bus station to the museum is about 2.5 miles, which can be covered in approximately 10 minutes by car.
