From downtown Mansfield, walk to the nearest bus stop on Park Avenue East. Take the Richland County Transit bus route 1 towards Ontario. Remain on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Park Avenue and West Fourth Street. From there, transfer to bus route 3 towards Lexington. Ride for another 15 minutes until you reach the stop near the intersection of Orweiler Rd and US-42. The Ohio Bird Sanctuary is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop; head east on Orweiler Rd until you reach 3774 Orweiler Rd.
