Start at the Dayton Transit Center located at 4 N Main St, Dayton, OH 45402. Take the Route 5 bus towards Trotwood. Ride until you reach the stop at W National Rd & Little Richmond Rd. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Englewood MetroPark. Head west on W National Rd, and the park entrance will be on your right at 4361 W National Rd.

Head north on the Great Miami River Trail, following the trail markers. After approximately 6 miles, take a right onto W National Rd. If you are close to the park, you can walk directly there. For example, if you are in downtown Dayton, start at the Courthouse Square. Head north on N Main St, then turn left onto W 3rd St. Continue to follow this street until it becomes W National Rd.
