From anywhere in Western Ohio, take I-70 E towards Columbus. Merge onto I-71 N towards Cleveland. Once you reach Cleveland, take exit 172A for I-90 E. Continue on I-90 E and take exit 173A for E 9th St. Follow E 9th St to the marker, which is near Settler's Landing Park along the waterfront. Parking can be found nearby, but may incur fees depending on the time of day and availability.
