Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Youngstown, make your way to the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards the Idora neighborhood. You can catch a bus from the Youngstown Transit Center located at 340 W Federal St, Youngstown, OH 44503. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the nearest stop to W Valley Dr. After you disembark, head west along W Federal St until you reach the intersection with Mahoning Ave. Turn right onto Mahoning Ave and continue walking until you reach W Valley Dr. Turn left onto W Valley Dr and follow it for approximately half a mile until you arrive at the Suspension Bridge.

• Biking

  For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike rental service. Start at the Youngstown Park and Recreation Department and head south on 5th Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mahoning Ave. Turn left onto Mahoning Ave and follow it for about 1.5 miles. After passing through a few intersections, turn left onto W Valley Dr. Continue on W Valley Dr until you arrive at the Suspension Bridge.

  From your current location in Youngstown, locate the nearest bus stop and take the bus that goes towards the Idora neighborhood. You can check the schedule for the bus routes that service W Valley Dr. Once you arrive at the stop near W Valley Dr, walk about 0.3 miles down W Valley Dr heading towards the west until you reach the Suspension Bridge.
