To reach the Tulsa Performing Arts Center from Broken Arrow, start by walking to the nearest bus stop. Use the Tulsa Transit app to determine the closest stop to your location. Board the 'Broken Arrow Express' bus that heads towards Tulsa. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the '4th St & Main St' stop in downtown Tulsa. From there, walk east on 4th St for about 2 blocks, then turn left onto S Main St. Continue walking north for another block until you reach E 2nd St. Turn right, and the Tulsa Performing Arts Center will be on your left at 110 E 2nd St S.
