Getting There

Public Bus
Start at the main bus station in Bahla. Look for a bus heading towards Nizwa or Riwaygh. It's advisable to check the schedule for the departure times. Once on the bus, inform the driver you want to get off at Riwaygh. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. After reaching Riwaygh, disembark at the Riwaygh bus stop.

Walking
From the Riwaygh bus stop, head northwest on the main road (Route 21). After about 1 kilometer, you will notice a signpost indicating the direction to Wadi Al Nakhr. Follow the sign and continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers. You will start to see the stunning landscape of Wadi Al Nakhr as you approach. Be sure to watch for local scenery and enjoy the views along your route.

Shared Taxi
After arriving at Riwaygh, you can also opt for a shared taxi. Look for a taxi stand near the bus stop. Negotiate the fare to Wadi Al Nakhr, which should be around 5-10 Omani Rials. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Make sure to confirm that the driver knows the location of Wadi Al Nakhr before departing.
