Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Salalah city center. Head east on Sultan Qaboos Street (the main road) until you reach the intersection with Al Wadi Street. Turn left onto Al Wadi Street and continue straight for about 30 kilometers. You will pass several landmarks including the Salalah Airport on your left. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Mirbat. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will see signs for Gravity Hill. Turn onto the Unnamed Road (2JV7+33G) indicated on your navigation system. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers, and you will arrive at Gravity Hill, a well-known spot where vehicles seem to roll uphill.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, take a local bus from Salalah to Mirbat. The bus station in Salalah is located near the city center. Buses to Mirbat run approximately every hour and the fare is around 2-3 Omani Rials. Once you arrive in Mirbat, you may need to hire a taxi or use a local ride-sharing service to reach Gravity Hill. The taxi fare from Mirbat to Gravity Hill will be around 5 Omani Rials, and the ride should take about 15 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer a direct route from Salalah, you can hire a taxi from the city. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes and cost around 15-20 Omani Rials. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip. The taxi driver will take you directly to Gravity Hill, located on the Unnamed Road in Mirbat.
