Car
From Salalah city center, head east on Sultan Qaboos Street (also known as the main road). Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction with Route 47. Take a left onto Route 47 and continue for another 15 km. Look for signs directing you towards Ayn Athum Waterfalls. As you approach the waterfalls, you will notice a dirt road leading to a parking area. Be cautious as this road may be rough in places. After parking, follow the short walking path to the waterfalls, which are about a 10-minute walk from the parking area.

Public Transportation
From the Salalah bus station, find a bus heading towards Mirbat or Taqa. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Ayn Athum Waterfalls area (most drivers will know this location). The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach the nearest point to the waterfalls, you may need to walk along a dirt path for about 15 minutes to reach the waterfalls. Be sure to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.

You can hire a taxi from Salalah to Ayn Athum Waterfalls. The trip will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; expect to pay around 15-20 Omani Rials for a round trip. The taxi can wait for you while you enjoy the waterfalls or take you back when you are ready.
