Starting from the center of Mirbat, make your way to the coastal road (also known as the Mirbat Road). Head south along this road, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. As you walk, keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Mirbat Fort, which will be on your right. Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path that leads inland towards the mountains.

After about 2 kilometers, you will start to see the foothills of Jabal Sahman rising ahead of you. Continue on this path until you reach the base of the mountain.
