From any point in Al Ghubrah, head towards the main road (Sultan Qaboos Street). If you're near Al Ghubrah Park, you can start from there. Walk towards the east along Sultan Qaboos Street, and continue until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with 18th November Street. Cross the road safely and continue walking straight.

Alternatively, you can take a local bus from Al Ghubrah to the Riyam area. Head to the nearest bus stop on Sultan Qaboos Street. Look for buses heading towards Al Bustan or Muttrah. The fare is usually around 0.500 OMR. Get off at the stop nearest to Riyam Censer, which is the 'Riyam' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the monument.
