Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in Qurum, start by heading towards the main road, Sultan Qaboos Street. If you are near the Qurum Park, walk towards the south exit of the park and turn left onto Sultan Qaboos Street. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Al Qurum Street.

• Walking

  Stay on Al Qurum Street for about 500 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the signs that will guide you towards Qurum Hilltop. As you approach the hill, you should see the entrance trail on your left.

• Walking

  Once you reach the entrance of the hill trail, follow the path that leads up the hill. The trail is marked and should take around 15-20 minutes to hike. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the path may be uneven in places.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  If you prefer to use public transport, you can catch a local bus from any of the bus stops along Sultan Qaboos Street. Look for buses that have 'Qurum' on their destination sign. The bus fare is approximately 0.500 OMR. Get off at the stop nearest to the hill and follow the walking directions above.

• Taxi (if necessary)

  Alternatively, if you are uncertain about walking, you can take a taxi from your current location in Qurum. Simply ask the driver to take you to Qurum Hilltop. The fare should be around 2-3 OMR depending on your starting point, and it’s a good way to ensure you reach the right place without getting lost.
