If you are starting from the Salalah City Center, you can easily find a taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to Khor Rori, which is also known as Sumhuram. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance of the archaeological site.
Public Bus
Look for the public bus station in the Salalah City Center. You can take a bus that goes towards the coastal area or specifically to Taqa. Make sure to ask the bus driver if they stop at Khor Rori or Sumhuram. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes to reach the entrance of Khor Rori.
