From the center of Sur, head east on Al Asha Street towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Al Qanjah Street. Follow Al Qanjah Street for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the signs for Al Qanjah Boat Yard. The Fatah al khair - traditional Omani ship is located within this yard.
