Start at the Sur Corniche, a central location where you can enjoy the sea view and local atmosphere. From the Corniche, head east along the coast towards the Al Ayjah area. You will pass the beautiful old watchtower and several small cafes. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Al Ayjah fishing harbor. From here, you will see signs pointing towards the creek suspension bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will notice the path leading upwards toward the Sur view point. Follow the path for about 800 meters, which is a gentle incline and should take you around 10-15 minutes to reach the viewpoint. The Sur view point offers breathtaking views of the coastline and the surrounding landscape.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you prefer using public transport, you can take a local bus from the Sur bus station, which is located centrally. Look for a bus heading towards Al Ayjah or the coastal area. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Al Ayjah fishing harbor. From the harbor, look for the signs leading to the creek suspension bridge. Walk across the bridge and follow the path upwards for about 800 meters to reach the Sur view point. The entire journey should take about 30-40 minutes including waiting and walking time.

If you have access to a bicycle, this can be a fun way to reach the Sur view point. Start from the Sur Corniche and ride east towards Al Ayjah. The ride is approximately 1.5 kilometers along a flat coastal road. Once you reach the Al Ayjah fishing harbor, park your bicycle securely. From there, walk across the creek suspension bridge and follow the path leading upwards for about 800 meters. The ride and walk combined should take around 25-35 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way.
