Car
If you are driving to Wadi Shab, ensure you follow the signs to Wadi Shab from the main road (Route 23). Once you reach the entrance of Wadi Shab, you will need to park your car in the designated parking area. There is a small fee for parking, so keep some cash handy. After parking, you will need to walk to the entrance of the wadi where a boat will take you across the water. The boat ride costs around 1 Omani Rial (OMR) per person. Once across the water, follow the marked trails leading deeper into the wadi.

Public Transportation
To reach Wadi Shab via public transport, you can take a bus from Muscat to Tiwi, which is the closest town to Wadi Shab. Upon reaching Tiwi, you can either take a taxi or walk to the Wadi Shab entrance. The bus fare is approximately 3 OMR, and the taxi fare from Tiwi to the entrance of Wadi Shab may cost around 5-10 OMR. Once at the entrance, you will follow the same process as a car traveler, including the boat ride across the water (1 OMR per person).

Once you are inside Wadi Shab, follow the marked path towards the Water Fall Cave. The hike is scenic and can take approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on your pace.
