If you're driving from Baker City, head east on I-84 E. After about 22 miles, take exit 302 for North Powder. Follow the signs to North Powder, and then take OR-237 N. Continue on OR-237 N for approximately 5 miles, then turn right onto the access road leading to Elkhorn Wildlife Area. The entrance is located at the coordinates X2XF+56, North Powder, OR 97867.
