For those coming from Mount Hood, take Highway 35 to connect to US-26, then merge onto I-84 East. If you're coming from Portland, simply take I-84 East. Once on I-84, take exit 44 towards Cascade Locks. Follow the signs to Cascade Locks, then turn onto Wa Na Pa St. The park entrance will be on your right at 355 Wa Na Pa St, Cascade Locks, OR 97014.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Columbia Gorge Express bus service, which connects Portland to Cascade Locks. Board the bus at the Gateway Transit Center in Portland. Head south on Wa Na Pa St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the park at 355 Wa Na Pa St.
