If you are driving from the nearest major city, Eugene, OR, take OR-126 E for approximately 45 miles. Continue on OR-126 E until you reach the junction with Forest Service Road 15. Turn left onto FS-15 and follow the signs for the Three Sisters Wilderness. The main access points are located near the Sisters area. Be sure to have a map or GPS device handy as cell service may be limited in some areas.

To reach the Three Sisters Wilderness via public transport, take a Greyhound bus or Amtrak train to Eugene, OR. From Eugene, you can take the Lane Transit District bus to get closer to the Sisters area. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may not run frequently. Once you arrive in Sisters, OR, consider renting a bike or using a rideshare service to reach the trailheads for the Three Sisters Wilderness, as public transport does not go directly to the wilderness.
