Car

If you are driving from Portland, Oregon, get on I-5 S from downtown Portland. Continue on I-5 S for about 10 miles, then take exit 14 for I-205 S towards Salem. Merge onto I-205 S and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 28 for WA-14 E towards Camas, then merge onto WA-14 E. Follow WA-14 E for about 15 miles until you reach Washougal. Look for Evergreen Hwy, and turn left onto it. Follow Evergreen Hwy for about 3 miles, and you will find the Cape Horn Lookout on your right. There is parking available near the lookout.
Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, take the MAX Light Rail Blue Line from downtown Portland towards Hillsboro. Transfer to the C-Tran bus 47 at the 12th Ave & Washington St MAX stop. The bus will take you toward Washougal. Get off at the Evergreen Hwy & Cape Horn Lookout stop. From there, it’s a short walk down to the lookout point. Make sure to check the C-Tran schedule for the latest times and routes.
