Turn left onto Prineville Airport Road, which will lead you to the town of Prineville. Once in Prineville, follow the signs to the Ochoco National Forest. Continue on Forest Road 27 until you reach the Steins Pillar Trailhead. There is no fee for parking at the trailhead.
