Once in Prineville, follow the signs to the Ochoco National Forest. Continue on Forest Road 27 until you reach the Steins Pillar Trailhead. There is no fee for parking at the trailhead.

In Prineville, follow the signs for the Ochoco National Forest. Continue on Forest Road 27 to the Steins Pillar Trailhead. Parking is free at the trailhead.
