If you're driving, Smith Rock State Park is located about 30 minutes from Bend. From Bend, take US-97 N for approximately 22 miles. Take exit 135 for NE 3rd St toward Terrebonne. After exiting, turn left onto NE 3rd St. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance to Smith Rock State Park on your right. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle for day use.

To reach Smith Rock via public transportation, take the Cascades East Transit bus from Bend to Terrebonne. The bus route is CST 20, and you can check the schedule on their website. Once you arrive in Terrebonne, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the entrance of Smith Rock State Park. Make sure to have comfortable walking shoes and check the weather before you go.

If you're coming from Redmond, take US-97 S for about 17 miles. Take exit 135 for NE 3rd St toward Terrebonne. Turn right onto NE 3rd St and continue for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance to Smith Rock State Park on your right. Remember to have $5 ready for the parking fee.
