If you are driving from Bend, OR, take US-20 E towards Burns. In Burns, turn south onto OR-205 S and follow it for approximately 60 miles until you reach the junction with OR-78 E. Continue on OR-78 E for about 35 miles until you reach the town of Princeton. From Princeton, turn east onto E Steens Rd. The Alvord Hot Springs Bath House & Campground will be located at 36095 E Steens Rd, approximately 17 miles down this road. Be cautious as the road can be winding and may have limited signage.
