From downtown Hood River, head east on Oak Street toward the Columbia River. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto the Waterfront Trail. Follow the trail along the river; you will pass through beautiful parks and scenic views. Continue for approximately 5 miles, and you will reach the Mosier Twin Tunnels area. The trail will lead you directly to the tunnels, and you will be able to enjoy the stunning vistas of the Columbia River Gorge along the way.

Starting in downtown Hood River, head east on Oak Street until you reach the Columbia River. Once you reach the river, follow the paved path along the Waterfront Trail. Keep walking for about 5 miles. The trail offers beautiful views and leads directly to the Mosier Twin Tunnels. Be prepared for a longer walk, but it will be worth it for the breathtaking scenery.

Begin at the Hood River Transit Center. Take the Columbia Gorge Express bus towards Portland. This bus typically runs once a day, so check the schedule in advance. Get off at the Mosier stop. From the bus stop, it is about a 1-mile walk to the Mosier Twin Tunnels. Follow the signs toward the hiking trails, and you will soon arrive at the tunnels, where you can enjoy fantastic views of the Gorge.
