Walking
Start at the center of Hood River, near the waterfront park. Head east on Oak Street towards 1st Street. Continue straight onto 1st Street, then turn left onto State Street. Walk down State Street until you reach 2nd Street, then turn right. Continue on 2nd Street until you reach the intersection with Railroad Street. Turn left onto Railroad Street and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you arrive at 110 Railroad Street, the location of Mount Hood Railroad.

Public Transportation (Bus)
If you are near the Hood River Transit Center, take the local bus that heads towards the downtown area. Board the bus that goes to the 'Railroad Street' stop. Once you disembark, you will be at the intersection of Railroad Street. Walk a short distance east on Railroad Street for about 5 minutes to reach Mount Hood Railroad at 110 Railroad Street.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Hood River waterfront area. Take the paved bike path that runs along the river towards the east. Continue on the path until you reach the intersection of 2nd Street and State Street. From there, head north on State Street and then turn right onto Railroad Street.
