Start your journey at the Hood River Waterfront Park, located at 1000 E Port Marina Dr, Hood River, OR 97031. Head east along the waterfront path until you reach the intersection with E Oak St. Turn left onto E Oak St and continue walking until you reach 2nd St. Turn right on 2nd St and head south. Follow 2nd St until it curves into E State St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with E 12th St. Turn left onto E 12th St and walk until you reach the intersection with Eastside Rd. Turn right onto Eastside Rd and follow the road until you see the entrance to Panorama Point County Park on your left, approximately 1.5 miles from the intersection.

As you approach Hood River, take the exit towards E State St and follow it until you reach the intersection with E 12th St. Turn left onto E 12th St and continue until you reach Eastside Rd. Turn right onto Eastside Rd and bike for about 1.5 miles until you reach Panorama Point County Park on your left.
