If you are traveling by car, start by heading east from the city of Jefferson. Take OR-22 E for about 17 miles until you reach the junction with US-97 N. Merge onto US-97 N and continue for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit for OR-26 E towards Madras. After about 10 miles, turn left onto Rock Creek Road. Follow Rock Creek Road for about 5 miles until you reach Rock Creek Reservoir. There is no entrance fee, but ensure your vehicle is in good condition for gravel roads in the area.
