After approximately 24 miles, take the exit for OR-126 East toward Prineville. Follow OR-126 for about 14 miles until you reach the intersection with US-97. Continue straight onto US-97 South. After about 2 miles, take the exit toward Smith Rock State Park. Turn left onto Smith Rock Way and follow it for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Steelhead Falls Road and continue for about 1 mile until you reach the Steelhead Falls Trailhead parking area.
