If you're driving from Albany, Oregon, take I-5 South. Continue on I-5 for about 22 miles and take exit 228 toward OR-34 E. Merge onto OR-34 E and follow the signs for Corvallis. Stay on OR-34 E for approximately 19 miles, then turn left onto OR-20 E. Continue on OR-20 E for another 25 miles, then take a slight right onto OR-19 S. After about 10 miles, turn left onto Wells Spring Road. Follow the road for about 5 miles until you reach Wells Spring Oregon Trail Historic Site, located at approximately 45.6323° N, 119.7068° W.
