From Salem, take OR-22 E towards Detroit Lake. Continue on OR-22 E for approximately 34 miles. Take the exit for US-20 E toward Bend. After about 28 miles, turn left onto OR-126 E. Drive for about 10 miles and take a right turn onto Diamond Creek Road. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the Diamond Creek Falls trailhead.

Once in Bend, you will need to rent a car or use a rideshare service to reach Diamond Creek Falls, as public transport directly to the falls is not available.
