Follow Trout Creek Ridge Rd for about 1 mile until you reach 6650 Trout Creek Ridge Rd, where Grateful Vineyard is located.

To reach Grateful Vineyard via public transportation, take the Mount Hood Express bus from Timberline Lodge or Government Camp towards Hood River.
