Continue for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 35. Take a left onto Highway 35 and drive for approximately 10 miles until you reach the exit for Cascade Locks. Follow the signs to Cascade Locks and continue straight until you reach the address for Oneonta Tunnel, which is located at Cascade Locks, OR 97014. Look for parking areas nearby.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the Mt. Hood Express bus service from the Mt. Hood National Forest area to Hood River. From Hood River, transfer to the Columbia Gorge Express bus, which will take you to Cascade Locks. Once you arrive in Cascade Locks, you can walk to the Oneonta Tunnel located at Cascade Locks, OR 97014. The walk is approximately 1 mile from the bus stop, heading north along the Historic Columbia River Highway.
