If you are already in Smith Rock State Park, start by heading south on the main park road (Smith Rock Way). Continue along this road until you reach the junction with Highway 97. At this junction, turn left (south) onto Highway 97. After approximately 2 miles, take the exit for Terrebonne. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto NE 3rd St. Continue on NE 3rd St until you reach NE 13th St, then turn left. Follow NE 13th St, which will turn into Lower Bridge Way. Continue for about 4 miles until you see signs for Skull Hollow Campground. The campground entrance will be on your right.
