Once at the Hood River Transit Center, transfer to the Mount Hood Express bus. This bus will take you towards Mt. Hood National Forest. Get off at the Cloud Cap Road stop. From there, follow signs leading to Cooper Spur Trail via Tilly Jane, which will be a short walk from the bus stop.

    Start at The Dalles Riverfront Trail. Head east along the river, following the trail until you reach the intersection with the Old Columbia River Highway. Turn left onto the highway and continue to follow it. Once you reach the junction for OR-35, turn right onto OR-35 heading towards Mt. Hood. Follow the signs for Cloud Cap Road.
