Car
From any location in Mt. Hood Territory, head towards Highway 26. If you're coming from Government Camp, take Highway 26 eastbound towards Portland. Continue on Highway 26 for about 20 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 35. Merge onto Highway 35 northbound. After approximately 8 miles, look for the signs indicating Cooper Spur Family Ski Area. Turn left onto Cloud Cap Road and follow it for about 2 miles until you reach the ski area entrance at 11000 Cloud Cap Rd, Mt Hood, OR 97041. There may be parking fees; check the ski area website for current rates.

If using public transportation, start by taking the Mount Hood Express from any major transit point in the area, such as Sandy or Government Camp. The Express operates regularly, but check the schedule in advance as it may vary by season. Get off at the stop for Highway 35 and Cloud Cap Road. From there, you will need to walk about 1.5 miles up Cloud Cap Road to reach Cooper Spur Family Ski Area. Note that this route may not be fully maintained in winter, so it's advisable to check road conditions and bring appropriate gear.
